How to get started

EMDR and DBT therapy

Step one: schedule a free consultation

Click the “Schedule a Free Consultation” button to book a telehealth meeting or phone call. This is a chance for us to connect, briefly explore what you’re looking for, and see if we’re a good fit. No pressure, no obligation, just conversation.

Step Two: the first session

Once you’re ready, we’ll schedule your first 53-minute session. This is where your healing journey truly begins. We’ll talk about your goals, your story, and start building the kind of trust that real change is built on.

You don’t have to know exactly what to say. Just show up, we’ll figure the rest out together.

Step Three: ongoing support

If you decide to continue, we’ll co-create a rhythm that feels safe and sustainable. Sessions are typically weekly or biweekly, held virtually in a private, secure space where you can just be you.

This is your space to grow, to feel, to rise.

  • Standard sessions are 53 minutes, held weekly or biweekly depending on your needs and preferences. Consistency is key for progress, but we’ll build a rhythm that works for your life.

  • Life happens. I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged a fee, unless due to an emergency or sudden illness, we’ll always handle these moments with grace.
